Advent

Advent, a time of waiting; waiting for the birth of Baby Jesus during Christmas! Essentially waiting for hope, love and the light of direction. During this pandemic we have been waiting, struggling with political heaviness, the loss of loved ones and the carelessness of others… but through it all, hope continues! The hope in humanity and the growth of caring for one another. I have witnessed the support and love for others in families, communities and throughout the country. Advent is the time of waiting, and through this waiting we can be the hope, the love and the light of direction for others… the same hope, love and light that Jesus represents for you!
